I bought one of these oh way back. Now I have had numerous chopping boards used them to destruction the only one that lasted is made of bamboo box standard boring square chopping board when I see this I convince myself that I needed another chopping board well I did trust me. well its been in the cupboard It is so elegant and sculptured that only lately I took it out I use it but more than a chopping aid Its an fully functional ART. Even the salads looks artier and testier when chopped on this.
